The Electro-Mechanical Engg. & Facility Management Division of the company is headed by a qualified Mechanical Engineer (having 30+ years of active workd experience), in capacity of Divisional Manager. He is an accredited Leed Green Associate, member of ASHRAE and holder of Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
The Division presently has (3) separate / independent Units.
o MEP Projects Unit 1
o MEP Projects Unit 2 
o MEP Projects Unit 3

Each MEP Projects Unit is headed by a qualified Engineer (having above 15+ years of active work experience) in capacity of Projects Manager. Each MEP Projects Unit also has dedicated teams of Electrical & Mechanical Project Engineers, Site Engineers, experienced Foremen, Technicians and other human resources, deployed based on Project requirement.

The Division also has :

o A Duct manufacturing Factory, manufacturing Non-Fire-rated and Fire-rated Ducts (Approved by Civil Defence)

o A separate Facility Management Unit, providing complete Facility Management / Maintenance Services related to Buildings and Infrastructure.

o Energy Management, Testing and Commissioning Unit (EMTCU)

The Division is also supported by :

o A Design Wing manned by Design Engineer(s) and a team of Draftsmen.

o A Contracts Wing manned by a Sr. Contracts Engineer and a team of QS Engineers.

o Other Departments of the company offering respective services.

o The other Divisions of the company, who support the MEP projects for respective specialized works.

The Electro-mechanical Engineering and Facility Management Division undertakes and has delivered numerous E.P.C / Design & Build  / Other Projects i.e all kinds of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing works for :

o Residential / Commercial building Projects including Highrise Towers, Malls, Hotels, Hospitals, Schools etc.

o Infrastructural projects including Roads, Culverts, Tunnels, Storm Water Channels etc.

o Warehouses, Factories including one recently delivered Factory of 25,000 Sqm area etc.
