The Façade Engg. Division is headed by a qualified Mechanical Engineer (having above 25+ years of active work experience), in the capacity of Division Head / Sr. Manager.

The Division has a specialized Factory which is manned by qualified & experienced Team Leaders, Engineer, Draughtsman, Foreman and Full-fledged team of highly skilled and experienced work force and can take up EPC based Facade Works for the Company’s Projects as well as for other Construction Companies (Main Contractors) as a Sub-contractor.

The Factory is equipped with Modern machinery like; Precision Cutting Lines, Four-axis CNC processing Machines, Vertical bed CNC Routers, Horizontal bed CNC Routers and other machinery capable to manufacture / deliver error free products as per committed schedules and has 6 independent lines for assembly / fabrication of Cladding systems: Non-Fire-rated and Fire-rated (Civil defense approved).

The Division also has three Project Units presently:

o FCD Projects Unit 1

o FCD Projects Unit 2

o FCD Projects Unit 3

Each Unit is headed by a qualified Engineer (having above 15+ years of active work experience) in capacity of Projects Manager and each unit has their own dedicated teams of Team Leaders, Foremen and Technicians as per Projects requirements. 

Production Capacity

The Division has a good reputation of providing innovative solutions, implying latest Technologies / Methodology and Time Management through its team of proactive experts willing to provide our clients with the professional services they need and cost-effective solutions and has a production capacity of;

o Processing 25,000 SqM of Aluminium Extrusions (Curtain Wall System and Door Windows System) per shift per month.

o Processing 7,500 SqM of Façade Cladding Systems per shift per month.

The Division has delivered all kinds of Aluminium & Glazing works, including Curtain Walls / Doors / Windows Systems (also Authorized by known System Brands) besides Fire-rated Cladding system (Approved by Civil defence) for prestigious Projects / Clients throughout UAE including Residential / Commercial building Projects including Highrise Towers, Malls, Hotels, Hospitals etc.
