The Projects division of the Company presently has (4) separate/independent Units.
o Project Unit 1

Each Unit is headed by qualified Civil Engineer (having above 25+ years of active work experience) in capacity of Senior Projects Managers (Portfolio Managers). Each Project Unit also has dedicated teams of Construction Engineers, Project Engineers & Site Engineers, experienced Foremen, Technicians, Site Storekeepers, Administrative staff (Document Controller) and other human resources deployed with the Unit based on the Project requirements.
The Projects Division is also supported by:
o A separate Rebar Cut & Bend Yard / Factory which arranges, stores and carries out the Rebar Cutting & Bending operations as per Project specific BBS.
o A separate Design Wing having Structural Design Engineer and a team of Draftsmen & Surveyors.
o The other Departments of the company offering respective services.
o The other Divisions of the company, who support the projects for respective specialized works.
o Fujseng is licensed in the unlimited category and has the capacity to undertake Design & Build (E.P.C) based and normal Contracts as well.
o We specializes in all types of infrastructural Projects besides normal & high-rise building Projects.
We have over the Period, successfully delivered various ;
o Residential / Commercial building Projects including High rise Towers, Malls, Hotels, Hospitals etc.
o Infrastructural projects including Roads, Culverts, Tunnels, Storm Water Channels etc.
o Pre-engineered and HR cut and weld Structural Steel Projects including, Belt conveyors structures, Aircraft Hangers, Pedestrian Bridges, Oil Pipe Racks for Oil Terminals in FOIZ area (Fujairah) and also for ADNOC through Port of Fujairah etc. besides Warehouses, Factories including one recently delivered Factory of 25,000 Sqm area etc.
